RN - Infusion Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Infusion Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Must have a current DC or MD license Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and Chemo certifications preferred Must-Have: Minimum of 2 years of experience Completion of at least 1 previous travel assignment Experience in peripheral access and outpatient oncology Skills in recognizing and managing side effects and abnormal lab values Experience in administering blood products and managing ports Description:The registered nurse will work in the infusion specialty.The position requires experience in outpatient oncology, active immunotherapy, and understanding cytotoxic spills.Responsibilities include recognizing and managing side effects and abnormal lab values.The nurse will be responsible for accessing and managing ports, intravenous therapy, and care management.Patient ratios will be 1:5.Experience with Cerner is required.The nurse should be punctual, able to multitask, and maintain a professional demeanor.Candidates must reside within a 60-mile radius.Compliance with all clinical and safety requirements is expected.No requested time off is permitted during the first two weeks of the assignment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Cynet HealthStaff
