Now Hiring: Director of Rooms

In this role, you’ll oversee the operation of the Front Office (Valet, Bell Staff, Concierge, Front Desk, Emerald Lounge), Housekeeping and Laundry. You will work closely with the General Manager and AGM on special projects and assignments. Responsible for the management, evaluation, and performance of all Rooms Division functions, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Common Area, Laundry, Concierge, PBX, and Bell Staff/Shuttle/Valet Service. As a leader, you’ll bring our Promise to life—supporting associates, inspiring teamwork, and delivering unforgettable guest experiences. ...and most importantly, you need to be able to bring your energy to your team! Assist in making their day as enjoyable as you do for our guests! This position will be on the Executive Committee.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee front office, housekeeping, laundry, and guest services to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction.
• The Director of Rooms is responsible for maximizing guest service scores and opportunities within the Division.
• Hire, train, and lead department managers and team members while maintaining standards, safety, and compliance.
• Control budgets, optimize occupancy and revenue metrics, oversee property systems, and maintain readiness for operational disruptions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5 years of progressive hotel/resort experience in full-service properties over 500 rooms.
• Extensive Rooms Division experience in Housekeeping and Front Desk.
• Have a broad understanding of the tourism industry and the day-to-day functions of all aspects of a resort.
• A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others
