We're partnered with a well-established Florida-based hospitality group on an exciting Chef de Cuisine opportunity in Coral Gables.

The restaurant is part of a Michelin Guide-recognized concept, offering an opportunity to work in a high-quality culinary environment with a strong team and established group behind it.

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Cuisine will play a key role in leading the kitchen team, maintaining culinary standards, and driving consistent execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations alongside the Executive Chef
• Manage, mentor and develop the culinary team
• Lead service and maintain a high level of kitchen organization and efficiency
• Assist with menu development and seasonal changes
• Manage ordering, inventory and food cost
• Ensure proper food safety, sanitation and kitchen procedures
• Help drive consistency across all aspects of the culinary operation

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef or similar culinary leadership role
• Strong full-service restaurant experience in a elevated, finer dining restaurant
• Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team
• High standards for food quality, consistency and execution
• Strong understanding of food cost, ordering and inventory
• Passion for quality-driven, chef-led cuisine
