Remote LVN - Telehealth Nurse for RPM Care

LEADING EDGE HEALTH SERVICES LLC

Leading Edge Health Services LLC is seeking an LVN/LPN to support remote patient monitoring and RTM programs. You will review patient data, communicate with patients, and provide education to help manage chronic conditions from home.

The role emphasizes strong clinical reasoning, HIPAA compliance, and proficient use of EHR systems, with a preference for candidates having telehealth or home health experience.
