Job Description

Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules to ensure timely completion. Track expenses and support efforts to keep the project within budget. Communicate with subcontractors to ensure work meets project requirements. Maintain and organize project documentation, including permits and reports. Address on-site challenges and escalate issues to the Project Manager when needed.

The Successful Applicant

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project priorities, schedules, and deadlines in a fast-paced construction environment. Experience supporting construction projects through project coordination, subcontractor management, procurement, and document control. Understanding of construction documents, drawings, specifications, contracts, and multifamily construction processes. Ability to assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, change management, and schedule monitoring to help ensure successful project execution. Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.
