Residential Designer

Overview The mission is to act as a visionary designer for everyday dreamers, translating client wants into a tangible, buildable reality while maintaining structural integrity. Responsibilities Develop concept floor plan layouts and exterior elevations. Transform concept floor plans/elevations into construction documents (blueprints). Work directly with clients to discuss their wants and needs. Understand roof, truss, and floor loads. Provide timely service and meet deadlines under pressure. Visit job sites to gather field measurements and identify existing structural components. Present plans, products, and services to customers. Assist in training and motivating new team members as you grow in the role. Qualifications Comfortable working with computers. Detail-oriented, organized, and creatively minded. Strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with Revit or similar software is a plus. Previous commitment to customer service and team success.
