Role Description: The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in our East Longmeadow, MA, office. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email, search, and web. Daily responsibilities include developing digital strategies, managing content calendars, coordinating with creative designers, and overseeing campaign implementation. The Digital Marketing Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze web analytics, and adjust tactics to drive lead generation and improve ROI. The role also involves collaborating with clients to understand their goals, presenting campaign results, and recommending data-driven improvements. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong digital marketing, interpersonal, organizational and marketing skills, with experience developing and managing multi-channel campaigns. Candidates should possess expertise in social media marketing, including content planning, community management, and paid social advertising. Candidates should possess skills in lead generation, with a track record of creating campaigns that drive qualified inquiries and conversions. Candidates should possess proficiency in web analytics, including tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms to evaluate performance and optimize campaigns. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders. Experience in agency or client-facing environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with SEO, email marketing platforms, and basic web design principles is beneficial.
