Our client, located near Santa Rosa, CA is looking for an experienced Facilities Maintenance technician to join their team. Pay Rate Range: $35/hour - $40/hour Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

• Perform preventative maintenance and unscheduled maintenance with minimal impact on schedules and quotas.
• Identify and perform continuous improvement of maintenance tasks.
• Manage vendors for scheduling of repairs and supplies.
• Maintain maintenance records per SOP.
• Assist in IQ / PQ protocols as required per customer criteria.
• Perform and assist with technical installations and operations of manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain communication with management of active and potential repairs for minimal impact on manufacturing timelines.
• Identify and correct any safety issues.

What's Needed?

• Posses the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair manufacturing equipment in a timely manner.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• General carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills and understands hydraulics, electronics, and pneumatics
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Actively seek knowledge of advancements in technology.
• Possess strong mechanical and organizational skills.
• 10 yrs. experience in manufacturing
