Maintenance | $20/hr and up Depending on Experience Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm M-F Aventure Staffing is looking for a Maintenance Worker. This role is responsible for maintaining safe, clean, functional, and well-presented community housing properties. The role involves completing routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and general property upkeep while providing respectful and professional services. Responsibilites: Basic carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, cleaning General upkeep, mow lawns, rake, snow removal Provide excellent customer service Accurately document work performed work order, including parts and resident charges in YARDI Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklist Document needed services and repairs in YARDI Routinely perform duties to restore apartments to “make-ready” status and document in YARDI Drive to other properties in NW Iowa Requirements: Experience in apartment maintenance and light construction Strong time management and organizational skills Computer experience required Exerting up to 80-100 pounds of force on occasion up to 30 pounds frequently May require extended hours during peak periods Will need to be available for travel Must provide proof of liability insurance and valid driver’s license for same.
