Physical Therapist (Orthopedic / Hybrid Regenerative Clinic) Preferred Physical Therapy | Glendale, AZ Preferred Physical Therapy is a privately owned outpatient orthopedic clinic in Glendale, Arizona focused on helping adults 40+ stay active, independent, and avoid pills, injections, and surgery whenever possible. We are a hybrid clinic combining traditional physical therapy with direct-pay regenerative services including Shockwave Therapy, EMTT, Red Light Therapy, PEMF, and stretch and strength programs. Our patients are motivated adults who want to stay active for life. Many are golfers, pickleball players, hikers, and fitness-minded individuals who want to maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for a growth-oriented Physical Therapist who enjoys one-on-one patient care, learning modern treatment technologies, and being part of a positive team culture. What Makes Our Clinic Different Hybrid model: insurance-based PT combined with cash regenerative services Exposure to advanced technologies such as Shockwave and EMTT One-on-one patient care focused on outcomes Strong emphasis on exercise, strength, and long-term health Positive team environment with mentorship and growth opportunities Opportunity to grow with the clinic as we expand services Responsibilities Evaluate and treat orthopedic conditions Develop individualized plans of care Educate patients on exercise, recovery, and long-term health Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional patient experiences Help patients understand additional treatment options such as regenerative services when appropriateMaintain clear documentation and treatment progression Who We Are Looking For Licensed Physical Therapist (or eligible for AZ license) Strong orthopedic clinical reasoning skills Positive attitude and strong communication skills Growth mindset and willingness to learn Comfortable educating patients about treatment options Values patient relationships and long-term outcomes Preferred but not required: Experience with active rehabilitation or strength training Interest in regenerative medicine technologies Schedule Typical schedule is four 10-hour days per week , with some evening availability preferred.
