Your Role


As a Nurse Practitioner at PGS, you willdelivercompassionatepsychiatric care to residents inskillednursing andlong-termcare settings. You will workautonomously while stayingconnectedto a robust clinical andadministrative support team.



KeyResponsibilities:
•Conduct on-sitepsychiatricassessments and medicationmanagement
•Coordinate careand consult with facility teams(Administrator,Director ofNursing, Social Services)
•Adhereto state andfederalclinical guidelines and PGS protocols
•Educatestaffand support holistic, patient-centered care
•Maintainclear, timely documentation

Requirements
•State licensure as aNursePractitioner (MD, DC, VA,or PA required)
•ActiveDEA license
•Monday-Fridayavailability duringnormalbusinesshours
•Ability to standfor 20 minutes andlift up to15 pounds
