Orthopedic Surgeon OpportunityRenown Health and University of Nevada, Reno School of Medicine (UNR Med) are recruiting a Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join our new Orthopedic division within the Department of Surgery.The ideal candidate must have completed a five-year Orthopedic Surgery Residency and be Board Eligible/Board Certified from the ABOS or AOBOS. Specialists should have completed a one-year Fellowship in a subspecialty. The new adult Orthopedic Division will provide specific orthopedic care to adult patients treating ages 18 - geriatric, prioritizing big joint and arthroscopic surgery.The surgeon should have a passion for teaching and mentoring residents and students in a collaborative, academic, and patient-centered environment.
