We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our team at our Charlottesville location. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
• Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials
• Ensure orders are prepared according to customer specifications and restaurant standards
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service
• Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a positive attitude
• Follow health and safety regulations

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server or in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
