Utilizing standardized assessments and evidence-based practices, the therapist will administer various procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan, including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and wound care. ResponsibilitiesAssess patient progress and adjust treatment plans in compliance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness and modify services accordingly. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers related to physical disorders. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other health team members regarding patient progress, barriers, and treatment plans. Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy. Attend required meetings, including patient care conferences, utilization review meetings, and rehabilitation meetings. Supervise and support physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation aides, and/or students as needed. Adhere to APTA and state-required practice acts, codes of conduct, and ethics during professional practice. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureMinimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience; new graduates are welcome if they have Level II clinical experience. Long-term care (LTC) or rehabilitation experience is required. Current Oklahoma state license is required. Schedule This is a days shift, 8 hours per day position. Why ARMStaffing?
