CNC Sheet Metal Fabrication Specialist — Irving, TX

A Day in the Shop

• Kick off by reviewing technical drawings and blueprints, confirming dimensions, tolerances, and materials.
• Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including saws and CNC machinery, to cut and shape components with repeatable accuracy.
• Fit, align, and assemble metal parts according to project specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to verify parts meet industry and project standards.
• Troubleshoot builds with teammates to resolve fit, finish, or process challenges quickly.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols and regulations.
• Share your expertise by assisting with onboarding and training new team members on safe, effective fabrication techniques.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; a technical certification in metal fabrication is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in metal fabrication or a closely related trade.
• Working knowledge of metal properties and core fabrication methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with common fabrication tools and machinery.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
