Join our compassionate team as a Home Care Occupational Therapist, dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of individuals in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you will focus on enhancing clients' independence and quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' daily living needs and challenges.
• 2. Develop and implement customized occupational therapy plans to address clients' specific goals.
• 3. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities.
• 4. Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• 5. Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment for increased independence.
• 6. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.

Qualifications:

• 1. Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• 2. State licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• 3. Strong clinical and communication skills.
• 4. Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse client needs.
• 5. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• 6. Valid Driver’s License and/or reliable transportation.
• 7. Valid Liability Insurance

Experience: Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred. New graduates with a passion for home care are welcome to apply.
