Contract: 13 Weeks

Specialty: Chronic Dialysis / Dialysis RN
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Schedule: Monday-Saturday | AM & PM Shifts

Responsibilities:

Provide safe, quality care to patients receiving chronic in-centre dialysis treatments.
Monitor patient conditions and treatment outcomes and adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and care plans.
Administer medications and provide patient education related to dialysis treatment and care.
Supervise Dialysis Technicians and collaborate with nephrologists, social workers, dietitians, and other members of the care team.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate patient documentation.

Pay & Shift Details:

Weekly Pay: $2,470
W2 Pay: $34/hour
Weekly Stipend: $1,246
13-Week Contract
Start Date: October 19, 2026
36 Guaranteed Hours/Week
10-13 Hour Shifts | AM & PM

Requirements:

Active Washington RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License
Current AHA BLS/CPR certification
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Previous Dialysis experience is required
Ability to work at multiple clinic locations based on staffing needs
Must be flexible to work AM or PM shifts
Must be available Monday-Saturday as scheduled

Additional Information

Chronic, in-centre dialysis position
Schedule may include any day Monday through Saturday
Shift assignment may vary based on staffing and operational needs
Must be flexible to work across the assigned clinic locations

Preferred: Acute or ambulatory nursing experience and dialysis-related certifications such as CCHT or BONENT.
