Compliance Analyst

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Sanction Screening: Monitor and screen client transactions and relationships against global sanction lists (e.g., OFAC, UN, EU) to identify and escalate any potential matches. Adverse Media Monitoring: Conduct regular checks for negative news and adverse media reports related to clients, assessing the impact and escalating findings as necessary. Onboarding review: analysis of information and documentation for the onboarding of new partners. Report Preparation: Prepare detailed reports and documentation of findings, including risk assessments. Collaboration: Work closely with FIU and Oversight teams. POSITION REQUIREMENTS Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions. Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in conducting reviews and preparing reports. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and recommendations clearly. Integrity: High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information. Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
