Licensed Professional Counselor | Connecticut Telehealth Therapy PositionThis full-time role gives an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor the opportunity to provide structured, client-centered therapy from a remote setting. You will work with clients who need support managing emotional concerns, daily stressors, personal challenges, and mental health symptoms that affect their relationships, work, and quality of life.The day-to-day work includes scheduled virtual sessions, intake evaluations, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and ongoing progress review. The position is designed for an LPC who values professional structure, clear communication, and consistent client care.State: Connecticut Setting: Remote Telehealth Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually, plus full benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMResponsibilitiesConduct scheduled therapy sessions with clients using a confidential telehealth systemEvaluate client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment goals during the intake processBuild clear treatment plans that guide ongoing counseling servicesProvide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, grief, adjustment issues, stress, and relationship difficultiesDocument sessions, progress updates, assessments, and care changes in the clinical recordIdentify risk factors and take appropriate action when a client needs higher-level supportMaintain professional boundaries and ethical standards during remote careParticipate in case-related communication when collaboration is neededKeep client records organized, accurate, and compliant with privacy regulations
