Job Description The CMO Manufacturing Technician I - Packaging will routinely inspect products using manual or semi‑automatic inspection processes. Products to be inspected are provided in a variety of vial sizes and fill volumes. Technicians will operate critical processing equipment within the facility according to GDP and cGMP requirements, accurately complete documentation for operations performed, and perform operational checks, preventive care, and minor adjustments to equipment. Cross‑training and additional tasks as assigned are required. Responsibilities Pass inspection qualification program. Inspection qualification program must be maintained annually. Inspect product at assigned areas to ensure production of quality products. Read and follow established Standard Operating Procedures covering operation and documentation of production processes. Accurate documentation of production processes on production records. Perform area clearances. Perform basic bulk packaging activities. Operate the Vision system. Perform material transfers. Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Specialist. Receive any training or education necessary to the performance of an assigned activity. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, or Packaging experience preferred. SAP transactions required. Basic Computer Skills required. Learn, understand, and follow current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard GMP Operating Procedures while performing the tasks relevant to this position. Must possess legible handwriting and be able to accurately and neatly complete production records required.
