The ideal candidate will have over 10 years' of experience in organizational development, leadership consulting, or human capital consulting, with a proven track record in sales and team leadership. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should possess a deep understanding of organizational development models, tools, and processes, and be adept at translating diagnostic insight into practical client solutions. The role requires a commercially driven leader with a strong growth orientation, capable of connecting and integrating across teams and with a confident, credible presence.
