Your Role

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within your scope of practice

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care and optimal resident outcomes

• Monitor resident conditions, including vital signs, and report changes appropriately

• Promote restorative care to encourage resident independence and well-being

• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of all nursing care provided

• Support and mentor nursing staff to foster a positive, patient-centered environment

• Ensure resident comfort, safety, and well-being while adhering to facility standards

• Work in an environment that prioritizes mentorship, growth, and professional development

Who We’re Looking For

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Colorado or a compact state

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care

• Team-oriented, dependable, and committed to quality resident care
