Key Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently process a variety of financial transactions in a friendly and professional manner. Balance an assigned cash drawer daily and identify and resolve any discrepancies as needed. Actively listen to customers and always communicate positively and professionally. Identify customer needs and recommend bank products and services that are customer‑focused and solution‑oriented. Make appropriate referrals to other lines of business for both traditional and non‑traditional products and services. Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team goals by supporting overall branch performance and success. Effectively de‑escalate customer concerns or complaints by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution‑focused, while following bank policies and escalation procedures as needed.
