Guest Event Expert

As a Guest Event Expert at Marriott International, Inc., you will create memorable experiences for guests across Hospitality & Travel within our Food & Beverage Operations. You’ll coordinate special events, manage banquet and restaurant reservations, and partner with culinary and service teams to ensure flawless execution. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries, customizing event details, and monitoring setup, service, and breakdown. You will analyze feedback, resolve issues quickly, and uphold brand standards. Working in a collaborative, people-first culture, you’ll support innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement in guest service.
