Unit Details: Split lab - Will rotate between Cardiac, Vascular & Interventional Radiology

Weekend: Included in call schedule

Call: 9-10 call shifts for 6-week schedule to include weekends

Floating: Within facility/scope of practice as needed

Minimum Experience: 1 year - Unit accepts first time travelers

Aya Offer: Once candidate has signed and confirmation sent, manager has 48H to review the profile/confirmation and determine if unit/schedule/expertise fit. *Aya Offer only available if clinical pass within RTO guidelines + meets specific facility requirements. RTO: 7 dates maximum

Holidays: If one major holiday falls in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both of the holidays. If three major holidays fall in his/her assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays.

Compliance: Full compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule

Submission Rules

Local Candidates: Accepted at same bill rate

RN Licensure: GA or Compact license required at time of submission

Internal Return Rule: Perm/Per Diem/FCSS must be away from all Piedmont facilities for 1 full year before applying as a traveler

Return Travelers: If cancel or facility DNR, traveler must complete one assignment outside Piedmont before reapplying + ensure profile reflects all time worked at Piedmont Health

RTO Policy: ALL RTO MUST BE FINALIZED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION NO RTO OR SCHEDULE REQUESTS CAN BE REQUESTED POST OFFER OR ONSITE

Max RTO: 7 days per contract

Holiday RTO: Holidays (6) - Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Day, New Year s Eve/Day

If 1 2 holidays fall during assignment: No holiday RTO can be requested

If 3 holidays fall during assignment: 1 holiday RTO may be considered

Compliance: Onboarding: Must complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing

Modules: Modules are non-billable, hours are factored in NBO
