Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA)

Position Overview

We are currently seeking dedicated, dependable, and compassionate  Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)and  Home Health Aides (HHAs)to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care throughout  Hudson, New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, and Bayonet Point, Florida .

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one personal care.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility.
• Prepare light meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful home environment.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license  or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Weekend availability is required, including Saturdays and Sundays.
• Experience using a Hoyer lift is preferred but not required. We welcome applicants who are eager to learn and expand their caregiving skills.
