This person is an energetic, self-starter who is interested in managing a great team. Come gain priceless management experience as you grow within the company. You will assist the Store’s General Manager manage a team of 7 – 13 employees, along with assisting the complete responsibility of store operations.RequirementsWhat You Will Do:RecruitingContinual employee trainingShift schedulingGaining a deep understanding of the companies Point of Sale (POS) systemResolve customer and employee grievancesDaily opening and closing proceduresCash handling, and other responsibilities pertaining to the day-to-day operations of a retail establishmentAll other duties as assignedWhat You Will Bring:High school Diploma or equivalentStrong relationship management skillsHighly organized and able to communicate effectivelyStrong problem solving and analytical skills, ability to use good judgmentExcellent time management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer Skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel a plus)Ability to stay productive unsupervisedProfessional in appearance and standardsPositive attitudeAbility to motivate, change, and lead others to successWork varied shifts, including Saturdays and holidaysStrong verbal and written communication skillsWhat You Will Experience:Work is generally performed in a retail store environment.
