Graceland Air is a family-owned HVAC company dedicated to providing honest, high-quality heating and cooling services throughout Central Kentucky. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become the voice of our company.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
- Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
- Communicate appointment updates with customers
- Create and manage work orders using Housecall Pro
- Process invoices and customer payments
- Follow up on estimates and completed jobs
- Schedule and renew maintenance agreements
- Assist with financing paperwork and customer documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records
- Work closely with technicians to ensure excellent customer service
- Help maintain a positive, organized office environment
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- HVAC or home service experience is a plus but not required
