Graceland Air is a family-owned HVAC company dedicated to providing honest, high-quality heating and cooling services throughout Central Kentucky. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become the voice of our company.

Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
Schedule service, maintenance, and installation appointments
Dispatch technicians efficiently throughout the day
Communicate appointment updates with customers
Create and manage work orders using Housecall Pro
Process invoices and customer payments
Follow up on estimates and completed jobs
Schedule and renew maintenance agreements
Assist with financing paperwork and customer documentation
Maintain accurate customer records
Work closely with technicians to ensure excellent customer service
Help maintain a positive, organized office environment
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Comfortable using computers and learning new software
Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
Ability to stay calm under pressure
Previous office or customer service experience preferred
HVAC or home service experience is a plus but not required
