Administrative Data Entry Specialist (Temporary Assignment)

Location: Boise, ID
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible Start Times (7:00 AM–9:00 AM)
Duration: Approximately 6–8 Weeks Immediate Temporary Opportunity – Administrative Data Entry Specialist

Kelly Services is currently seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Data Entry Specialist to support J.R. Simplot Co. in Boise, ID. This temporary assignment will provide administrative support to a professional office team while they work to hire a full-time employee.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday (In-Office)
• Flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM
• Standard 8-hour shifts:
  • 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 30-minute lunch break

Dress Code

• Monday–Wednesday: Business casual attire
• Thursday–Friday: Jeans permitted

Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry and data clean-up
• Support order management by reviewing, updating, and maintaining order information
• Manage email correspondence and respond to requests professionally
• Organize, maintain, and file electronic documents
• Pull, review, and organize documentation as needed
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite daily
• Perform basic Excel tasks, including spreadsheet updates, formatting, and tracking information
• Maintain accurate records while handling confidential information
• Provide administrative support to a team of approximately seven employees
• Assist with additional office projects as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, data entry, order management, or office support experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems
• Basic to intermediate proficiency with:
  • Microsoft Outlook
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Email correspondence
  • Microsoft Excel
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
