Client Services Agent

Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time hourly Client Services Agent will manage communications with internal and external customers, create and modify patient orders, and prioritize requests for test information while working remotely. Key responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships through professional and empathetic communication Create and modify patient orders by following complex procedures and policies Research and respond to requests for test information, specimen requirements, and associated fees Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to type at least 35 WPM and possess 10-key skills Basic computer skills, including internet proficiency and navigation of computer and phone systems Remote workers must have internet download speed of 75 Mbps and upload speed of 50 Mbps or ability to obtain prior to start date One year of experience in customer service is preferred
