How you'll make an impact in this role

Join a tight-knit, established team of four daytime physicians and two daytime APPs, offering a supportive environment for professional growth. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, ensuring every individual receives a clear path toward recovery and long-term wellness. Drive the full continuum of care—from initial assessment and diagnostic interpretation to preventative screenings—to identify health risks early. Coordinate seamlessly with physician partners and a robust network of specialists, ensuring patients never navigate their health journey alone. Use proactive education and counseling to give patients the tools and confidence to manage their health effectively outside the hospital. Capture the patient story with precision and care, maintaining high-quality records that serve as a reliable roadmap for the entire care team.

About the Facility

Ascension St. Elizabeth Hospital is a premier 350-bed facility in Appleton, recently enhanced by a state-of-the-art 90-bed patient tower. As a Level III Trauma Center and Certified Stroke and Chest Pain Center, the hospital serves as a regional anchor for high-acuity care. What minimum requirements you'll need

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred.

Education:

• Master's degree of Nursing required.
