Wildlife Exclusion Technician

Location: Northeast Florida
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, plus bonuses and incentives

We are hiring a dependable and motivated Wildlife Exclusion Technician to perform wildlife prevention, repair, and exclusion services throughout Northeast Florida.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in construction, carpentry, roofing, remodeling, pest control, HVAC, plumbing, or another hands-on trade. Previous wildlife experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right candidate.

You will inspect homes, identify wildlife entry points, complete repairs, and permanently seal structures to prevent future wildlife problems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for wildlife entry points and damage
• Seal gaps, vents, rooflines, soffits, foundations, and other exterior openings
• Perform light carpentry, construction, and repair work
• Install professional wildlife prevention and exclusion materials
• Set, inspect, and remove traps when needed
• Document completed work and communicate findings with homeowners
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle
• Work safely in attics, crawl spaces, on ladders, rooftops, and outdoors
• Provide professional and respectful customer service

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working at heights, in tight spaces, and in outdoor conditions
• Ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Willingness to learn wildlife prevention and exclusion techniques
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company standards

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following areas is strongly preferred:

• Construction or general labor
• Carpentry
• Roofing
• Remodeling or home repair
• Pest control or wildlife services
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Property maintenance

Pay and Career Growth

• Apprentice: $20 per hour
• Wildlife Technician Level 1: $21 per hour, plus bonuses
• Wildlife Technician Level 2: $22 per hour, plus commission opportunities
• Senior Technician: $23 per hour, plus performance incentives
• Team Lead: $25 per hour, plus leadership bonuses
