Pediatric Trach/Vent Nurses – Full Training Provided + $1K $1,000 Trach/Vent Bonus: Earn a $1,000 bonus when assigned to a trach and/or vent case. We provide paid training and clinical support. (New graduate nurses are not eligible.) We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for pediatric patients with tracheostomies and ventilators in the home. This role offers day, evening, and overnight shifts, along with full training and hands‑on support for nurses new to trach and vent care. Qualifications Valid RN or LPN license in New Jersey Compassionate, dedicated, and committed to pediatric care Benefits Location: Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, and Union Counties Paid Training: Comprehensive classroom and hands‑on field training with our Nurse Educators. Compensation Pay Range: $33-$45 per hour (Base pay is determined by factors such as work location, experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
