Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed nutrition assessments for our patients, assessing their dietary habits, nutritional preferences, and medical histories to develop tailored care plans.

• Deliver personalized nutrition counseling, providing evidence-based education on dietary changes, food choices, and the impact of nutrition on diabetes management.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams, actively participating in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss treatment plans and patient progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our clinic is on patients with diabetes and related metabolic disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Dietitian/Nutritionist in Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
