What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department during night shifts
• Assess patient needs and implement appropriate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor patient progress and document care accurately
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health maintenance
• Follow hospital protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory standards
• Maintain clear, professional communication with colleagues and patients

What You Need

• Required: Active RN license in Louisiana, BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications, 2+ years of ER or critical care nursing experience
• Preferred: Additional clinical specialty certifications, proficiency with hospital software and electronic health records, excellent communication and organizational skills
