You set the standard for everything that leaves our studio. What you’ll do Specialize in setting high-end engagement rings and bridal pieces to an exacting standard Handle all bench work, including sizing, setting, soldering, polishing, and repairs Take on our most complex and high-value repairs and restorations Make sure every piece meets our high standards of quality and beauty Work with the sales team on custom pieces, offering technical expertise and creative solutions Stay current on techniques and trends to keep our craftsmanship top-tier What we’re looking for Proven mastery of high‑end engagement ring and stone setting Expert across all repair types, not just setting Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship Skilled in stone setting, ring sizing, soldering, and polishing Able to work under tight deadlines without compromising quality Confident with the safe, proper handling of all bench tools and equipment At a glance Location: Huntington Beach, CA Type: Full-Time Pay: $60,000–$70,000 a year Benefits: Comprehensive benefits, work‑life balance, room to grow #J-18808-Ljbffr Princess Bride Diamonds
