• Accurately troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Translate complex system issues into clear, homeowner-friendly explanations and recommendations.
• Advise on performance, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, maintenance plans, and service options.
• Create a premium in-home experience that builds trust and long-term relationships.
• Follow standardized service workflows, jobsite safety practices, and digital documentation within ServiceTitan.
• Maintain a professional appearance and treat every home with care and respect.
• Keep your vehicle, tools, test instruments, and parts inventory organized and in top condition.
• Engage in ongoing technical, sales, and customer-service training to continuously advance.
• Collaborate closely with teammates while owning your outcomes and responsibilities.

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred; strong apprentices with solid fundamentals considered.
• EPA Certification Type II or Universal (required).
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting ability and a systematic problem-solving approach.
• Confident communicator with homeowners and a customer-first mindset.
• Professional, coachable, team-oriented, and growth-driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions.
• Meticulous attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
