Job Description The Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the Casey & Company team, coordinating office activities and streamlining operations. This role assists with general administrative tasks, customer communications, scheduling, and record-keeping. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Essential Functions Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing excellent customer service. Manage scheduling for meetings, appointments, and office events. Maintain office records, filing systems, and inventory of office supplies. Prepare and process documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking. Coordinate and support team communications and workflow. Ensure the office is clean, organized, and professional. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or GED; at least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to a schedule. Knowledge of basic bookkeeping practices is a plus. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this position successfully. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to handle office tools and equipment.
