Corporate Accountant

We are seeking a Corporate Accountant to join a growing corporate accounting team. This role will be responsible for the month-end close, consolidations, financial reporting, and day-to-day corporate accounting activities for multiple entities. Key Responsibilities Support the corporate month-end close process and related accounting activities. Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting workpapers. Record and consolidate financial activity across multiple entities. Review consolidated financial results for accuracy and completeness. Prepare monthly balance sheet and income statement support schedules. Assist with financial analysis and monthly variance reporting. Manage intercompany and corporate expense allocations. Review invoices and ensure proper coding of corporate expenditures. Monitor corporate cash activity, including bank deposits, wire transfers, and daily cash balances to support cash forecasting. Collaborate with accounting and operations to ensure accurate financial reporting. Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and leverage technology. Participate in special projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting. 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably with corporate accounting, consolidations, or multi-entity reporting. Strong understanding of the month-end close process and financial statement preparation. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset with an interest in leveraging technology to enhance accounting processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
