ADULT PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN
OVERVIEW
Join an established neighborhood primary care/geriatric clinic, using a value based care model, to ensure patients are seen & heard year round preventing complications from multiple chronic conditions.
ROLE
- Avg. 14-17 patients a day
- Monday thru Friday, NO WEEKENDS
- Providers per clinic: Average 3-5 (Primary Care Physicians + NP's)
- Onsite Lab & Pharmacy
- Care team: Scribe, MA, Social Worker
PACKAGE
- Salary range $240-$260K+ (commensurate with experience/site)
- Quality Bonus annually plus Promotion Track to Leadership
- Partnership Option with Zero Buy In
- 6 weeks PTO includes major holidays & CME
- Malpractice, Medical, Vision, Dental & Life Coverages
- Retirement Plan with match, CME of $5k
YOU
- Ability to obtain/maintain medical license in state of Missouri
- 1+ years experience required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatrics
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or w/o US residency with current US work visa.
