Production Scheduler

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Scheduler to work with a leading manufacturing company in Saddle Brook. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining production schedules to ensure products are manufactured and delivered on time, while coordinating resources and monitoring progress to resolve any scheduling issues. Salary: USD 25 - USD 32 per hour Shift Patterns Monday thru Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm Pay Rates USD 25.00 - 32.00 hourly Must‑have requirements for Production Scheduler Must have 2 years of experience as a Production Scheduler, Production Planner, or in a manufacturing scheduling role Ability to use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to create or maintain production schedules in a manufacturing environment Ability to coordinate with multiple departments to resolve scheduling issues and meet production deadlines Desirable requirements for Production Scheduler Ability to use ERP, MRP, or production planning software (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) Ability to participate in daily production meetings or support capacity planning and resource allocation Ability to build continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, or Lean manufacturing principles Role for Production Scheduler Create, update, and maintain daily and weekly production schedules Lead daily production meetings and communicate schedule priorities Monitor production progress and provide status updates and performance reports Identify production risks, delays, and capacity constraints, and recommend solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scheduling processes and operational efficiency Benefits for Production Scheduler Opportunity to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic manufacturing environment Professional growth and development in supply chain and operations Collaborative team culture with cross‑functional exposure Stable work schedule with consistent hours #J-18808-Ljbffr Job&talent US
