Position Summary Banner Health Orthopedics seeks a Shoulder and Elbow Orthopedic Surgery PA/ACNP to join Banner Ocotillo Medical Center in Chandler, AZ. Responsibilities Round on patients on the hospital floor; see patients in the orthopedics surgery clinic; provide surgical first assist in the OR. Must be confident in OR skills and clinical procedures, be driven and independent, work in a fast‑paced environment, and collaborate with a team. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner program and certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Active Arizona license or eligibility. DEA registration with prescriptive authority. ACNP candidates must have RNFA certification. Orthopedic surgery experience preferred; new graduates will be considered. Practice Details Full‑time, Monday through Friday. Surgical/clinical position: 2 days in OR, 2.5 days in clinic. OR time split between BOMC and the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Supportive and tight‑knit team of physicians, APPs, RNs, MAs and support staff. Call required.
