Patient Ratios: 1:8 variable (geri and pedi have lower)

Supervisor: Shift Supervisor & Caitlin Dunn, CNO

Patient Population: geri, pedi (5-17), adults. 2 adult units, 24 beds each; 24 beds on geri, 12 pedi.

Hiring Profile:

Must Have Skills/Experience: Previous BH experience, inpatient psychiatric setting.

Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, anxiety.

Personality Fit: Must be willing to work with both Adult and Pediatric care.

Required Education: Certification/licensure required to work as an RN in MA.
