Project Manager Opportunity

One of my clients is in need of an experienced Project Manager to join their team in the Kansas City area. This is a great opportunity with a well-established commercial contractor looking for someone who is well versed in structural concrete and steel erection and can confidently manage projects from preconstruction through completion.

Duties Include:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee structural concrete and steel erection scopes, schedules, budgets, and coordination
• Manage project budgets, contracts, schedules, change orders, and overall project execution
• Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
• Identify and resolve project challenges while keeping jobs on schedule and within budget
• Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and client satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and project partners

Requirements:

• Proven Project Management experience in commercial construction
• Strong experience with structural concrete and steel erection construction projects
• Solid understanding of the construction process from preconstruction through closeout
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and multiple project stakeholders
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Someone who takes ownership, works well with field teams, and takes pride in delivering quality projects
