Mitigation Estimator: Xactimate Pro for Fire, Water & Mold

A top restoration company in Bryn Mawr is looking for an Estimator with Mitigation experience. The ideal candidate will have estimating and a mitigation background. Must have experience writing Xactimate estimates. This position will focus on writing and managing mitigation estimates across fire, water, mold, and biohazard losses . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Xactimate , understand proper scoping and documentation, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. JOB REQUIREMENTS Solid restoration knowledge Experience writing estimates using Xactimate software Familiarity with carrier expectations, compliance requirements and estimate auditing Excellent presentation and written/verbal communication skills Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
