Remote Field Implementation Coach: Marketing & Tech Adoption
State Farm
State Farm is seeking a Field Implementation Coach to drive adoption of marketing and technology among independent agents in the Heart of Michigan Sales Territory (including Battle Creek, Lansing, Grand Rapids). This remote proximity–based role works from home and requires residence within 30 miles of the territory within six months.
You will coach agents, deploy activations with Sales Leaders and Go-To Market teams, and stay current with evolving technologies.
