Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Do you want to be well paid for providing quality and customized DSP services? Position Direct Support Professional to support an individual who lives in Whippany, New Jersey. Responsibilities Assist the individual with basic household tasks and cooking in bulk, including portioning meals. Provide support with transportation to stores, events, and other activities as needed (must have reliable car and valid driver’s license). Support will vary week to week with a balance between at-home and community-based activities. Maintain a positive, energetic, and friendly approach while assisting the individual, who has physical limitations based on medical diagnosis. Schedule of Services Part-time hours: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 PM to 5:00 PM. Benefits 401(k) with a 10% employer match after successful completion of the 90-day introductory period; enrollment available the following month.
