Tax Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated TAX MANAGER for a company in Richfield, OH!

Do you have experience in tax preparation along with your CPA? The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented leader, maintain a current and active CPA license (or be working toward it), possess a strong work ethic, be committed to the work, work with a sense of urgency, & be accountable for assigned tasks.

RESPONSIBILITES & QUALIFICATIONS

• Preparing complex business and individual tax returns.
• Direct client communication.
• Coordinate seasonal tax planning efforts geared toward effective execution of planning objectives.
• Develop and train support team members.
• Ad hoc projects
• Familiarity with GAAP
• Experience in data collection, entry and reporting with great attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Solid knowledge of tax laws and Tax preparation software.
• Computer savvy with working knowledge of relevant software (e.g., QuickBooks,).
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities
• Independent thinker with aptitude in problem-solving

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelors degree in accounting

CPA required

CPA firm experience

WORK HOURS

9am-5pm with flexibility on start and end time. xhyhwjd

This is an onsite role.
