As a Payroll/Bookkeeping Specialist at Henjes, Conner & Williams, PC, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial records of our clients. You will be responsible for processing client payrolls, filing payroll and sales tax returns, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial reports. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and efficiently.
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in payroll and bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively with clients and team members is essential for success in this role. Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel is preferred.
