Exciting Travel RN - Ortho Opportunity! Job Description:
- Shift: 07:00 - 19:00
- Unit Information:
- Orthopedic/Spine Unit
- 345 Beds
- 3-Time Magnet Designation
- Float Pool: Approximately 80 Staff Members - Work Environment:
- Collaborative and supportive team atmosphere
- Day Shift RNs and CNAs, with Night Shift RNs and CNAs
- Compassionate care for varied medical issues, both acute and chronic - Patient Ratios:
- Day and Night Shifts: 1:5 (varies by unit)
- Equipment & Technology:
- Various medical equipment
- EMR System: Meditech - Candidate Requirements:
- Must Have:
- Minimum 1-Year Current Acute Care Med/Surg/Ortho Hospital Experience
- BLS Certification
- Preferred:
- ACLS Certification
- Chemo Certification (ability to schedule in Oncology unit) - Typical Procedures:
- Joint replacements
- Fracture repairs
- Spinal injury treatment - Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible and willing to float between units
- Strong team player with a passion for patient care - Contract Details:
- Number of Positions: 1
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
